Do you give rewards points on orders?
Yes, you will earn rewards points on trade orders when retail products are purchased; these points can be redeemed against marketing materials.

Which products are rewards points earned against?
You will earn reward points when you purchase retail skin care and spa body products.

How many points will I receive?
For every £1.00 you spend on qualifying retail products, you will earn 0.05 points.

How much is each reward point worth?
For every £1.00 you spend on qualifying retail products, you will earn 0.05 points, equivalent to 5p (this is in line with our previous 5% allowance). When the points accumulate to 1.00, this is worth £1.00.  The website will automatically accumulate your points.

Do I need to spend a certain amount to start receiving reward points?
No, you will start receiving reward points from the first retail product you buy.

Which products are excluded from receiving reward points?
We do have some exclusions to the products which earn reward points. You will not receive reward points against any professional size products, aroma wax candles (votives, tumbler or 3-wick), essential oils, diffuser oils, reed diffusers, hydrolats, Aroma Diffuser Pod, Facial Cleansing Brush.

What can I redeem my rewards points against?
You can redeem you reward points against marketing and materials which includes:

A2 Posters
A4 Counter boards
Pop up banner
Brochures
Paper bags
Gift Bags / Gift Boxes
Ribbon
Tissue Paper 
Shelf talkers

Do the reward points accumulate?
Yes, your reward points will accumulate until they are redeemed. You can view your reward points in ‘my account’ when you log into the trade website.

Can I use points earned on this order, on this order too?
No, the rewards points system only allows you to use points retrospectively.

I've placed an order and my reward points earned for this order arent showing, why is that?
Your reward points are only allocated to your account once your order has been completed and shipped.

How do I know how many points I have?
In ‘my account’ you can view the points you have available before you start your order allowing you to add the promotional materials you want. At checkout ‘apply rewards’ will also show you the points you have to redeem. You then have the option to apply and redeem your points in part or in full if you wish.

How long do the reward points last, is there an expiry on them?
Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are allocated. If they are not used within that time they will start to expire on a rolling basis.

How will I know when my reward points are about to expire?
In ‘my account’ you can select notification options to receive emails when reward points are about to expire. You can also choose to receive emails when you redeem your points to your balance.

I don’t have enough reward points for the marketing materials I want, can I pay the difference?
Yes, you are able to redeem your points at any time and can pay the difference for any marketing materials you wish to purchase.

Can I redeem my reward points against any products I buy?
No, you can only redeem rewards points against marketing materials.

How do I redeem my rewards points?
Ensure the marketing materials you want are added into your basket. At checkout order summary box is ‘apply rewards’, press the arrow to create a drop down which shows how many points you have available and the financial equivalent.

Input how many points you wish to redeem in the box and press 'apply reward'. The reward points will be taken off your balance as a discount. Please note, they will only be redeemed against marketing materials which are in your basket and not products.

Will I still receive free marketing materials automatically with my order like I used to?
No, we will no longer add marketing materials to your order. You will need to redeem your points on your order, this allows you to select which marketing materials you want.

I don’t like to order online, will I still get reward points for phone orders?
No, you will only receive reward points when you order online, we will not award reward points for orders placed by phone.
