In-salon Training

We know that for many of you that have teams/staff, travelling to our Peterborough head office for training is challenging, and so we can now come and visit you at your own location to deliver hands-on training in our skincare and spa body therapy products.

The cost of us visiting to deliver in-salon training to you and your team is a flat rate of £300 + VAT per day of training, regardless if you are a sole worker, or have multiple team members. (Please see our Q&A below for more details).

We are currently offering:

Skincare – hands-on
Spa Body Therapy – hands-on

- Contact name
- Business name
- Address and postcode
- How many therapists in the team to be trained
- Which training is required – Skincare OR Spa Body Therapy

Hands-on training Questions & Answers

What is included in the training?
When we visit you and your team in-salon we are happy to tailor it to your needs. The training enriches the learning experience by demonstrating the practical use of Eve Taylor products followed by the opportunity for your team to get hands-on and use the range under the guidance of our instructor.

We can focus on the use of products taking a prescriptive approach, or our condition specific treatments.

Will you cover theory of the products?
Our in-salon training is primarily created to be part of a blended learning approach where our product theory is completed online, followed by hands-on training in your salon, so this will need to be completed by all attending staff before our visit. Whilst we can discuss products and answer questions, the main emphasis is on your team using the products practically.

I am a one-man band and would like you to visit me for training, do I still have to pay £300+VAT?
Yes, we charge a flat fee of £300+VAT per day for us to visit you in-salon. This flat rate applies regardless of if you work alone or have several staff.

Will you bring treatment couches, trolleys, towelling etc with you?
We will bring our own products, consumables and main towelling for our demonstration, however you will need to have a treatment couch and trolley available for this and for your teams hands-on learning.

Will you provide products for the training?
Our instructors have a full demonstration kit with the full range of skincare or spa body therapy. We can decant products for your team to use from a central trolley. Let us know if there are specific products you wish to use when you enquire with us.

How soon can you visit us for in-salon training?
We will always try to accommodate your preferred dates for training which we offer dependant on availability, if your preferred date isn’t available, we will suggest alternatives for you.

I think our team will need more than one day of training, is this possible?
Yes this is possible upon availability of our team, just let us know how many days are required in your enquiry and we can discuss this.

I want my team to learn about skincare and spa body therapy products, can you cover this in one day?
As the main emphasis is for practical learning of the products, covering skincare and spa body in one day is unrealistic. For optimum learning this will require 2 days of training.
